- Add chicken, mayonnaise, tandoori spice, salt, lime, and cilantro to a medium mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined. Butter each half of each baguette. Layer chicken salad and lettuce on the baguette. If you can, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Tandoori baguettes keep for 3 days, tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
